Principal, The Weaver Company CPA
Ed Weaver CPA is the Managing Director of the Weaver Company CPA and is responsible for planning and compliance services. Ed is a veteran of the US Air Force and graduate of California State University, San Bernardino (BA, Accounting). Prior to founding the Weaver Company, he was an audit supervisor in North Carolina and California with a top 5 CPA firm.
Ed has extensive experience in the construction, manufacturing, software and service industries, as well as high net worth and high income individuals. His clients have ranged from start-ups with a great idea to companies that are leaders in their field, with sales in excess of a billion dollars. Ed has completed complex projects including planning and compliance for multi-state and multi-entity structures, and transactions such as business buy-outs, sales and purchases.
When not contributing to his clients’ long term growth and prosperity, Ed enjoys his grandchildren and three grown children, traveling, weight lifting, sporting and entertainment events.
Operations Manager, The Weaver Company CPA
Monica Hally is the Operations Manager for the Weaver Company CPA. Monica is responsible for client support, project administration, relationship management, and problem resolution. Monica was previously the Administrative Operations Manager at the Redlands Institute at the University of Redlands for nine years where she provided support for multiple Directors and the staff of 14 professionals. She was involved in planning, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures, hiring, mentoring and training.
Monica excels at relationship management and working with clients, vendors, other departments, colleagues and interns. She is invaluable for our clients with questions, concerns or the need for assistance, including technical issues and project administration.
In her personal time, Monica loves being with her three grown daughters and a grandson that is the light of her life. She enjoys exercise and fitness, going to the movies, socializing, travel and beach cities.
